Total scam. I never heard of them, yet I had a charge from bank acct. Called, 5am their time, supposedly. Info on website states Ca, toll free so who b knows. woman said she would email them, 30 sec later said they'd a settle w/30% refund if I promised not to b start proceedings. I said no, I want 100%, went through charade again, she said 50%, no, again this time said 100% refund. 30 sec to send and get response? I think not.
