Total scam. I never heard of them, yet I had a charge from bank acct. Called, 5am their time, supposedly. Info on website states Ca, toll free so who b knows. woman said she would email them, 30 sec later said they'd a settle w/30% refund if I promised not to b start proceedings. I said no, I want 100%, went through charade again, she said 50%, no, again this time said 100% refund. 30 sec to send and get response? I think not.

This is what I found: FAKE "National Disability Services" (or "Citizens Disability" or some other fake name) Social Security scam call by Puta'ng Ina Ka criminals robo-dialing from the Philippines. This is a fake "National Disability Services" Social Security benefits scam by criminals phoning from the Philippines, stealing your credit card number, Social Security number, and personal information under the pretense of saying that they will help you obtain Social Security disability benefits or Medicare supplement plans.
