This is a phone number from an 81 year old man, but more likely it is a family member using the landline for personal gains. Kenneth Bledsoe lives on 27 Las Plumas Way in Oroville, California, 06966. I found many family members this number and address. No, i didn't answer, because of a precautionary measures. I never answer unknown numbers. Possible scammer, there is a group of them in Las Plumaa Way in Orville, CA
