From contacting WellCare today, I was not able to confirm the number itself, but that they did have their automated system call me. The automated system is poorly designed & flawed in so many ways that you would easily suspect the call to be fraudulent, spoofed, and a scam. Best of luck to all who receive such a call, as getting info as to the subject matter of the "important information" that they wish to speak with you about, was something that essentially resulted in the matter being escalated after well over an hour of getting the runaround from 6 associates (only 2 of which were understandable & in the US), with no resolution being reached. :(
