Scam likely! An india accented person wanted a credit card # for a free appt. to come out to give a quote to install some government paid solar panels? Then why they need a credit card #? To ensure your serious about the appt. for a quote! Really? I don't think so. Scamers! Oh, even my scam blocker app said scam likely on the screen when they called! But occasionally I like messin with scammers when they call and i'm bored. I figure if their tied up wastin their time on me, its less time they have to scam good people.
