Keep you caps on, guys, this is nothing but a troubleshoot phone line and internet to T-Mobile for help. I was the one who made the call in the first place. I was having problems with my TV, and with Samsung TV Plus that has 250 free channels one can watch for free! My internet is being cut off and I can't watch any type of TV. They are buffering my internet! I got mad enough to finally call them! I was just got this, after 2 weeks I'm having these problems!
