The caller knew my name and claimed to be a Texas Marshall and they were detaining an immigrant who was using my name, social security number and address to obtain a Texas drivers license and bank loan. I asked what my social security number was and they would not provide it claiming it was confidential. I then asked for his name and to spell it, he also claimed it was confidential. I asked for his permission to record this call stating I was also an employee of the US Marshall in Buttcrack, Pennsylvania. ( no such place) He declined and hung up on me.
