This is Press Ganey Associates. To whatever extent any survey company is legitimate, this company is legitimate. Not scam or spam, but operating in a very annoying and inconsiderate manner -- legally.
The only thing we can do is complain to our elected officials and get them to change the laws. As it is, there is a law REQUIRING hospitals to hire people to make these harassing telephone calls.

The aholes keep calling my phone and don't leave a message. very harassing. if I didn't answer the first 10 times it probably means I don't want to take a damn survey.

OK- I'll accept the fact that they are a medical survey company. That means that they ought to be fully aware that I'm only 2 days home from the hospital after one of the most intense surgeries a person can have, am heavily medicated, and mostly bedridden. If the rat bastards can't have the common decency to leave a message, I am utilizing the "call reject" feature on my phone.
A little decorum when you're the one who is intruding on someone else's privacy and recovery isn't asking too much.
